Colfax-Mingo Classic

The Treynor Cardinals wrestling team went 3-2 at the Colfax-Mingo Classic on Saturday.

The Cardinals beat Ankeny Centennial (48-24), Lynnville-Sully (66-18) and North Mahaska (60-21) while losing to Knoxville (48-33) and Colfax-Mingo (51-26).

Abraham Lincoln went 4-1. The Lynx beat Colfax-Mingo (38-37), HLV (62-6), Des Moines North-Hoover (46-21) and Newton (51-30).  They lost to Knoxville by a 45-28 final.

Coon Rapids-Bayard finished 1-3 at the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Duals on Saturday.

The Crusaders were winners over North Union 42-24, but dropped duals with Alta-Aurelia (42-27), Manson Northwest Webster (33-27) and West Monona (60-12).
