TERESA L. KARDELL, 53, of Avoca, died Dec. 25th, at home. Funeral services for TERESA KARDELL will be held 10:30-a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3rd, at the AHST-W School, in Avoca. Kessler Funeral Home in Audubon has the arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home. The family visitation will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Avoca, beginning at 4-p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 2nd.

Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon.

Her fiance’ – JIm Sievers, of Avoca.

Her son – Derek (Monica) Kardell, of Hamlin.

Her daughters – Erika (Chris) VanCleave, of Atlantic, and Courtney (& friend Tyler Robinson), both of Avoca.

Her parents – Donald & Dorothy Nelson, of Avoca.

Her brothers – Nick Nelsen, of Avoca, & James (Jen) Nelsen, of Adel.

Her sister – Andrea (Kerry) Danker, of Avoca.
