Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies responding to a noise complaint near 7th and Loomis in Corning at around 5:20-a.m. today (Sunday), arrested Timothy Michael Vandevender, of Corning, for OWI/2nd offense. He was also cited for Open Container and a Driver.
