The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies have arrested 25-year old Kenneth Michael Martinez (no town of residence reported). Martinez was taken into custody Wednesday, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Hydrocodone/1st Offense (a Serious misdemeanor). Martinez was taken to the Cass County Jail where he remains held on $1,000 bond.
