The Glenwood Police Department reported two arrests took place Tuesday. 26-year old Damian Blaine, of Glenwood, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault, and was being held in the Mills County Jail without bond , until seen by magistrate judge. And, 44-year old Gregory Shaplin, of Council Bluffs, was arrested for Theft 2^nd degree (for the alleged theft of a Motorcycle), His  bond was set at $5000 cash or surety.
