The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest last Friday, of 22-year old Bryant Kenney Mitchell, of Wiota. Mitchell was arrested on a District Court Warrant for Probation Violation. He was also charged with OWI 1st Offense (Serious) and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense (Serious). He was taken to the Cass County Jail and was later released on $2,000 bond.
