The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 41-year-old Nikki Lynn Garner of Shenandoah on a Page County Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Theft 5th Degree. Garner was arrested at 9:12am on Saturday at the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 2. Garner was taken to the Page County Jail and held on $300 cash bond.
