Sheriff’s Deputies in Adams County arrested a man early this (Tuesday) morning, on an OWI charge. 23-year old Dustin Dean Sleep, of Corning, was pulled over at around 2:15-a.m. for having an expired vehicle registration, and dark (tinted) windows. Upon further investigation, Sleep was placed under arrest for OWI/1st offense. His bond was set at $1,000.
