The Atlantic Boys Tennis team competed in Substate Team Tennis on Monday in Carroll. The matches were originally to be played Saturday but were pushed back due to weather conditions.

The Trojans were able to pick up a Substate win over Glenwood and in the process become a state team qualifier. Atlantic then fell to Kuemper Catholic in the State Team Quarterfinal round.

The Trojans end a very successful team season with a 12-2 record. The future is bright as well as the top five members return to play next season

Kuemper advances to the final four. State Semifinals and Finals will be played on Tuesday, May 30th at Waveland Tennis Courts in Des Moines with play beginning at 8:30am.
