Fremont County Sheriff Kevin Aistrope reports a traffic stop early this morning by the Fremont County K9 Unit, resulted in the arrest of a man on drug and other charges. 65-year old Marvin Craig Otte, of Hamburg, was pulled over in the 1500 block of Washington Street, in Hamburg.

Otte was subsequently charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance/2nd offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and OWI/2nd offense. He was being held in the Fremont County Jail on a $3,300 bond.
