Officers with the Council Bluffs Police Department, Thursday, arrested a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for 1st Degree Robbery. 44-year old Strozier Darnell Moore, of Council Bluffs, was arrested in connection with incident that occurred during the early morning hours of October 26th, during which Moore allegedly robbed 34-year old Adam Forde, of Council Bluffs, while the men were inside Moore’s residence located in the 800 block of 2nd Avenue.

During the incident, Moore reportedly threatened Forde with a firearm and assaulted him by striking Forde several times, while at the same time taking personal items from Forde. Wednesday afternoon, a search warrant was executed at Moore’s apartment, during which Forde’s property was recovered by police.
