Deputies in Montgomery County arrested a man from Pottawattamie County late Saturday night. 25-year old Jon Mark Gibb, Jr. of Carter Lake, was arrested at around 9:50-p.m. following an incident in the 1900 block of G Avenue, north of Red Oak.

Gibb, Jr., was charged with Simple Assault, Violation of a No Contact Order, and Child Endangerment. He was also taken into custody on a Pottawattamie County warrant for Failure to Appear in court on a Domestic Assault charge. The man was being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail, pending an appearance before the magistrate.
