He expects to visit 12 Iowa cities to talk about his plan to run against longtime Republican Senator Chuck Grassley.

DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) – The owner of two Dubuque gasoline stations is using solar panels to power his businesses. Dozens of panels are helping power the gas stations and convenience stores owned by Waseem Serwar. The owner of a solar power installation company in Dubuque says the panels are among the first installed at gas stations in Iowa.
