TODAY AND TONIGHT: SCATTERED NON SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH SOME OF THE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING. STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA…GENERALLY SOUTH OF A LINE FROM DAVID CITY NEBRASKA TO ONAWA IOWA. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH STORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING…ALONG WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. ISOLATED TORNADOES ALSO APPEAR POSSIBLE IN EXTREME SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST IOWA.
