Atlantic Police report 5 recent arrests

The Atlantic Police Department today (Thursday) released its most recent arrest report. Officials say 42-year old Todd Kimpson, of Corning, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating the terms of his probation.

On Sunday, 36-year old Rose Peters, of Atlantic, was arrested on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury. And, on Friday (8/8), 42-year old Lisa Capouch, of Atlantic, was arrested for Assault on a Person in Certain Occupations causing Bodily Injury. Capouch also faces charges that include Interference with Official Acts and Harassment in the 3rd Degree.

Also arrested last Friday, was 50-year old Elvin Shrimpton, of Atlantic, on a charge of Harassment in the 3rd Degree. And, as mentioned in the Cass County Sheriff’s report, 54-year old Mark Dormer, of Audubon, was arrested Wednesday, for Tampering with records, Forgery and Fraudulent practice in the 2nd degree. Dormer was later released on bond.

Each of the other suspects were booked into the Cass County Jail and held pending a court appearance.
