DUANE C. PARTLOW, 90, of Stuart, died Mon., Jan. 27th, at the Stuart Community Care Center. Funeral services for DUANE PARTLOW will be held 10:30-a.m. Thu., Jan. 30th, at the Fairview Congregational Church in rural Stuart. Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart has the arrangements.
