.STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTH WINDS ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP TODAY AS THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS ACROSS THE STATE WHERE IOWA
REMAINS BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE TO THE EAST AND DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE TO THE WEST. STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS ALOFT ARE EXPECTED
TO MIX DOWN BY LATE MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

  HIGHER AT TIMES.
