* AT 810 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN IS MOVING

TOWARDS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY

FALLEN EARLY TODAY. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
