Iowa has been eliminated at the Big Ten Tournament in Chicago.

Gary Dolphin on the Hawkeye Network. The Hawkeyes cut a 16 point second half lead to one but the Buckeyes held on for a 72-69 win. Brendan Hausen and Isaia Howard both misfired on game tying three pointers in the waning seconds.

That’s Iowa coach Ben McCollum. Ohio State took command with a 10-0 run early in the second half and led by 16 with under 14 minutes to play.

The Hawkeyes are 21-12 and look like a good bet to receive a bid into the NCAA Tournament.
