The Iowa Hawkeyes will be looking for a better start on Thursday, when they play Ohio State at the Big Ten Tournament in Chicago. The Hawkeyes beat the Buckeyes in their only regular season meeting 74-57 in Iowa City back on February 25th and overcame a horrible start in the process.
That’s senior guard Bennett Stirtz. The Hawkeyes fell behind by 11 points in the opening half of today’s 75-64 win over Maryland. Iowa coach Ben McCollum.
Junior forward Cam Manyawu had 10 points in the win over Maryland and says their attention now shifts to the Buckeyes.
Freshman forward Cooper Koch led the Hawkeyes with 19 points against Maryland and says there was not a loss of confidence despite dropping the final three games of the regular season.
