A FIRE WEATHER WATCH WILL BE IN EFFECT FROM NOON ON THURSDAY THROUGH 9-P.M. THURSDAY, FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR All OF EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA.

* WINDS…Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 20 percent.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
