KELLY RAY ARNOLD, 54, of Loveland, Colorado, died Dec. 19, 2025. A Celebration of Life for KELLY ARNOLD will be held on January 17th, from 5-until 8-p.m., at Breezy Lodge, Arrowhead Park, in Neola. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is assisting the family.
