KAREN KAE [Anderson] SOTHMAN, 86, [formerly of the Cumberland & Lyman areas], died December 3, 2025, at Cedar Creek Memory Care Center in Omaha, NE. No services are planned for KAREN SOTHMAN.

A private interment in Weirich Cemetery will take place at a later date.

In honor of Kae’s lifelong love of animals, the family asks that memorials be directed to local animal shelters in lieu of flowers.

KAE SOTHMAN is survived by:

Her son – Tracy (Stacey) Sothman.

Her sister – Jo (Delmar) South.

Her brother – Barry.

4 grandchildren; her daughter-in-law: Sandy Sothman; Friend: Mary Ann Lindeman Sothman; and other relatives.
