LARRY LEWIS PETERSEN, 71, of Exira, died Thursday, December 4th, 2025, at Exira Care Center in Exira. A visitation for LARRY PETERSEN (with the family present) will be held 5-p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic, followed by a funeral service at 6-p.m.

Following the service, the family invites guests to a dinner reception in honor of Larry’s life at the Cass County Community Center.

Burial will be at a later date in the St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Audubon.

His wife – Angie Petersen, of Exira.

His children – Chris (Amanda) Petersen, of Appleton, WI; Stacey Peterson, of Bondurant; Amberley (Jeff) Peterson, of Rockwell City; Adam Petersen, and Lachelle Petersen, both of Atlantic; Lucas (Kaitlyn) Petersen, of Lafayette, IN; and Amelia Petersen, of Cedar Rapids.

His brother – Bill Koenig.

His sisters – Judy Madson, and Rose Koening.

11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
