Iowa has dominated its series against Nebraska by winning close games and Hawkeye coach Kirk Ferentz expects another nail biter on Friday. Iowa has won nine of the last 10 overall and six straight in Lincoln as the teams get ready to close the regular season on Friday.

The Hawkeyes have won the last two games 13-10 on field goals as time expired.

Iowa’s run game struggled against Michigan State and Ferentz says several offensive linemen missed practice a week ago with nagging injuries.

Ferentz says the rivalry with Nebraska has grown since the Huskers joined the Big Ten.
