Atlantic, Iowa — The Atlantic Food Pantry is announcing a temporary schedule change for its upcoming distribution in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

The pantry will hold its weekly food distribution on Wednesday, November 26th, instead of the usual Thursday schedule. Distribution hours will remain the same, running from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

To avoid any confusion, the pantry emphasizes that there will be no distribution on Thursday, November 27th.

All community members who regularly attend Thursday distributions are encouraged to come on Wednesday this week. The adjustment ensures everyone has access to food assistance ahead of the holiday.

The Atlantic Food Pantry is located at 704 W 7th St, Atlantic, IA 50022.
