(Atlantic, Iowa) –   Weather data for Atlantic during the month of October, 2025 (Compiled here at KJAN – the official National Weather Service reporting site), shows we were warmer than normal for both the average High and Low. The average High last month was 67, compared to the norm of 64. The average Low was 43, compared to the norm of 39. The warmest days last month were on the 2nd & 3rd of October, when we topped out at 88 degrees. Our coolest mornings were on the 22nd & 23rd, when the thermometer bottomed-out at 28 degrees.

Rainfall for the month was greater than what would typically occur in Atlantic. We received 2.97-inches, which was slightly more than two-tenth of an inch above the normal. The most rain fell on Oct. 5th, when we received 1.35-inches, followed by Oct. 28th, when Atlantic received .72″.
