PAUL E. NEWMAN, 88, of Atlantic (& formerly of Adair), died Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Allen Place in Atlantic. Funeral service for PAUL E. NEWMAN will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Zion Lutheran Church in Atlantic. Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Adair has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Adair.

A luncheon will be held following the funeral in the Fellowship Hall of the Zion Lutheran Church.

Interment will take place following the luncheon at St. John’s Cemetery, northwest of Adair.

His wife of 66 years – Marvalee Newman, of Atlantic.

His daughter -Cindy (Thomas) Coleman, of Blair, NE.

His son -Tim Newman, of Adair.

His brother – Earl (Marilyn) Newman, of Adair.

1 granddaughter; 1 great-grandchild; and other relatives.
