Rateds collide in the second round of the Class 1A playoffs Friday night when eighth ranked Underwood visits number nine West Marshall. Underwood coach Nate Mechaelsen says his team has gotten healthier and has momentum after an opening round playoff win over South Central Calhoun.

The chore for the Underwood defense will be slowing down a West Marshall offense that averages more than 260 yards of rushing per game.

Mechaelsen says finding success on first down will be a key to the game.

Underwood will counter with an offense that likes to mix the pass and the run.
