On September 20th, 2025, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Morgan Kay Leeder, 34, of Lewis on charges of Child Endangerment. Leeder was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.

On September 21st, 2025, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stephanie Kaye Holste, 37, of Atlantic on charges of OWI-1st Offense and Possession-Marijuana 1st. Holste was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.

On September 22nd, 2025, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeff Edgar, 27, of Atlantic on a Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge for Public Intoxication. Edgar was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on a Guilty Plea.

On September 23rd, 2023, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gaven McMillin, 21, of Red Oak on a Warrant for Child Endangerment-Bodily Injury. McMillin was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
