(Red Oak, Iowa) – A man from Red Oak was arrested Sunday night on an out-of-county warrant. Red Oak Police say 41-year-old Kaleb Lee Wagaman was taken into custody on a Taylor County warrant for Failure to pay Child Support. Wagaman was arrested at his residence and was being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
