Cass County Sheriff’s Dept. arrest report, 8/7/25

(Atlantic, Iowa) –  The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests took place between July 30th and August 6th.
On July 30th, 65-year-old Kurt David Crecelius, of Anita, was arrested for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Crecelius was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
On August 4th, 2025, Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 18-year-old Fredrick Allan Bilyeu, of Cumberland on the charge of theft 1st degree >$10,000. Bilyeu was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
And, on August 6th, 2025, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old David Mullens Oliver, of Omaha, NE on charges of possession of a controlled substance, and OWI-1st offense. Oliver was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
