UNI football coach Todd Stepsis does not expect the Panthers to be active in the transfer portal. The portal is open, again, and with FBS teams needing to trim their rosters to 105 players by the start of fall practice it is expected to be crowded.

Stepsis likes where the roster is this spring, but that could always change.

Stepsis says if the Panthers lose some players they may need to explore their options in the portal.
