(Red Oak, Iowa) – Two men, one from Griswold, the other from Villisca, were arrested on separate OWI charges early today (Sunday), in Red Oak. According to the Red Oak Police Department, 49-year-old Jason William McCollum, of Villisca, was arrested at around 1:30-a.m. for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI)/2nd offense. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $2,000 bond.

And, at around 3:10-a.m., 21-year-old Kyler Miguel Navarro-Hernandez, of Griswold, was arrested in Red Oak for OWI/1st offense. His bond was set at $1,000.
