Iowa State women’s coach Bill Fennelly believes the Cyclones should be in the NCAA Tournament no matter what happens at the Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City. The Cyclones finished the regular season 22-10 overall and 12-6 in the Big 12 after Sunday’s win over 14th ranked Kansas State. They are the seventh seed in the conference tournament and open late Thursday afternoon against the winner of Wednesday’s game between Arizona State and Cincinnati.

Fennelly does not believe the Big 12 is getting the credit it deserves.
