The fourth ranked UNI wrestling team posted its first victory over Iowa State since 2019. The Panthers won seven of ten matches to beat the 14th ranked Cyclones 26-10 in front of a record crowd in the McLeod Center.

That’s UNI coach Doug Schwab, who says it was the perfect way to celebrate Senior Day.

The Panthers improve to 13-1 in duals.

The Cyclones see their dual record fall to 11-5.

That’s ISU coach Kevin Dresser who says the Cyclones did not have the horses to compete against the Panthers.
