Two teams looking to bounce back from shocking losses collide Monday night when third ranked Iowa State visits number 11 Kansas. The Cyclones had their 29-game home court win streak snapped with an 80-61 loss to Kansas State. The Cyclones dominated the Jayhawks 74-57 in the first meeting in mid-January.

That’s ISU coach T.J. Otzelberger who says the Cyclones need to compete better on the glass and execute better in the half court. The Cyclones had 18 turnovers in the loss to K-State.

Iowa State had only four bench points and Saturday and Otzelberger says they will need more help Monday night.

The Cyclones did not play in Allen Fieldhouse last season. Cyclone junior guard Tamin Lipsey.

Lipsey says the loss on Saturday will provided added motivation

The Cyclones are 7-3 in the Big 12 and 17-4 overall. Kansas is 6-4 in the leasgue race after an 81-70 loss at Baylor. It was a game the Jayhawks led by 19 points at halftime.
