JONI MARIE (Kauffman) KNAPP, 67, of Atlantic, died at home on Sunday, January 26, 2025. A Celebration of Life for JONI KNAPP will be held 11-a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1st, 2025, at the Atlantic First United Methodist Church. Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Atlantic has the arrangements.

Public visitation with the family of Joni Knapp will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Jan. 31st, from 4-until 6-p.m.

A BBQ luncheon to follow the service on Saturday, in the community room at the Atlantic Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Atlantic.

A private interment will take place at the Evergreen Cemetery in Anita, IA for immediate family after the luncheon.

Memorials (to be designated at a later date) may be directed to the Knapp family in memory of Joni. Memorials may be sent to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home P.O. Box 523, Atlantic, IA 50022.

Her daughter – Deena (Kael) Godwin, of Washougal, WA.

Her son – Daniel (Brittany) Knapp, of Tulsa, OK.

Her parents – Marion and Jerry Kaufmann, of Atlantic.

Her brother – Joey (Ellen) Kaufmann, of Anita.

6 grandchildren, and other relatives.
