The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports 43-year old Joe Edward Harris, of Shenandoah, was arrested today (Tuesday), after Harris turned himself in on a Page County warrant for Violation of a protection order.  Harris was booked into the Page County Jail on $300 bond.
