THELMA LOUISE MOORHEAD, 98, of Casey died Wednesday, February 5th at Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan.  Services for THELMA LOUISE MOORHEAD will be held on Monday, February 10th at 11:00 am at the Casey United Methodist Church.  Johnson Family Funeral Home – Stuart Chapel has the arrangements.
