CAROLYN LEE ADAMS, 74, of Menlo, died Thursday, April 4th, at home. Memorial services for CAROLYN ADAMS will be held 2-p.m. Monday, April 8th, at the Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart.

Visitation at the funeral home begins one-hour prior to the service.
