A brief break is possible before strengthening again this afternoon and evening. * WINDS…Southeast 25 to 35 mph gusting to near 45 mph. Switching from the northwest by mid to late afternoon. * IMPACTS…Gusty winds may make travel difficult for high- profile vehicles.
