BETTY [FRANKLIN] MOORE, 73, of Council Bluffs (& formerly of Atlantic), died Thursday, May 17th, at Amelia Place, in Council Bluffs. Funeral services for BETTY MOORE will be held 11-a.m. Wed., May 23rd, at the Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic.
