Cass County Sheriff’s report (8/29) – numerous arrests

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office today (Tuesday) released a report on numerous arrests that took place over the past week. Yesterday (Monday), 57-year old Rhonda Michelle Hafner, of Griswold, was arrested on a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Probation Violation Hearing. During the arrest, Hafner was also charged with OWI 2nd Offense; Possession of Alprazolam 2nd Offense; Possession of Hydrocodone 2nd Offense; Driving While Revoked; Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Interference with Official Acts. Hafner was taken to the Cass County Jail where she remains held on $13,000 bond.

Last Saturday, Cass County Deputies arrested 25-year old Jake Andrew Hulsebus, and 22-year old Kyle Lynn Wilson, both of Atlantic. Both men were charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense. They were taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on their own recognizances.

On August 25th, 48-year old Glenn Lee Rochholz, of Atlantic, was arrested on a Federal Warrant for Prohibited Person in Possession of Firearm. During the arrest, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office also charged him with Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd or Subsequent (a Class D Felony). Rochholz was taken to the Cass County Jail and later transferred.

That same day, 47-year old Pamela Joann Murphy, of Casey, was arrested by Cass County Deputies on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Theft 4th Degree. Murphy was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on her own recognizance.

And, on August 23rd, 19-year old Kaylee Renae Roach, of Atlantic, was arrested on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for OWI 1st Offense. Roach was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released the following day on her own recognizance.
