* TEMPERATURES…Although cloud cover has kept temperatures in some areas above freezing, clouds continue to clear from west to east and could allow areas to quickly drop between 32 and 36 degrees toward sunrise.

* IMPACTS…Sensitive outdoor vegetation may be damaged or killed if left unprotected.
