A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES UNTIL 10-a.m. for southern Cass, Adams, Union, Taylor and Ringgold Counties, and until 7:45-A.M. for South Central Montgomery and eastern Page Counties. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8-A.M. for Harrison, Shelby, Pottawattamie, Mills, Montgomery and Page Counties, and until 9-a.m. for Cass, Adair, Adams, Audubon, Crawford, Carroll, Dallas, Guthrie, Madison, Ringgold, Taylor and Union Counties.

Heavy rain has fallen, and continues to fall over the listening area. Rainfall of 2-4 inches per hour will be common during the storms, with some locations receiving 3-6 inches.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING means flooding is occurring or will occur soon. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH means conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Be especially cautious while driving at night, and never cross a road with water flowing over it.
