HARRY LEONARD “BILL” GAINES, III, 60, of Council Bluffs, an Atlantic native died November 8th.  Funeral service for HARRY LEONARD “BILL” GAINES, III will be Thursday, November 13th at 10:00 am at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home in Council Bluffs.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the Garner Township Cemetery.

The family will direct memorials.
