MARGARET ELIZABETH WAGEMAN, 97, of Defiance, died Fri., Oct. 24th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial service for MARGARET WAGEMAN will be held 10:30-a.m. Monday, Oct. 27th, at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church in Defiance. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday (10/26), from 5 until 9-pm, with a Wake service at 7-pm. The family will greet friends from 6 until 8-pm Sunday, also at the funeral home.

Burial will be at the Dunlap Cemetery, in Dunlap.

Her husband – Elmer Wageman.

Her sons – Gary (Chris) McDonald of Lake View, and Larry (& special friend Jud) McDonald of Denison.

Her sister – Betty Cox of Council Bluffs

Her brother – Henry Schmiding of Omaha.

Her step-son: Don (Rose) Wageman of Earling, and Step daughters: Linda (Ken) Bruck of Harlan; Rose (Matt) Koesters of Harlan; and Kathleen (Ken) McCown of Lincoln NE.

7 Grandchildren; 14 Step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 25 step great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
