CHARLES RALPH “Charlie” SOUTH, 76, of Lewis, died Wed., Oct. 15th. A Memorial Potluck Luncheon for CHARLIE SOUTH will be held beginning at 11-a.m. Sat., Oct. 18th, at the Lewis Community Center, in Lewis.

Charlie donated his body to the UNMC in Omaha, for research.

His wife – Linda L. South, of Lewis.

His children – Gerald “Jerry” (Diana) South, of Leitchfield, KY; Glenn (Helen) South, of Bellevue, NE.; James “Jim” (Wanda) South, of Anita; and Elizabeth “Beth” South, Bellevue, NE.

His stepchildren – Tracy (Matt) Schuemacher and Tammy Gibson, of AZ, and Jason Anderson, of IA.

His sisters – Janice (Charles) Namanny, of Lewis; Carol (Kim Thompson) Wright, of Atlantic, IA.

His brothers – Dennis (Linda) Berge, and Fred Berge, all of Atlantic.

10 grandchildren; 7 great children and 1 great great grandchild.
