Officials with the Shenandoah Water Department, early Sunday afternoon, reported that tests of the City’s water supply following the water main break that occurred early Saturday morning, came back negative for bacteria. Since no bacteria was found, the Boil Order which had been in-place since Saturday, has been lifted.

Authorities asked residents to continue to be somewhat conservative in the use water for through Sunday night, while water levels were being replenished.
